Stroke, Parkinson's and MS support in Coventry and Warwickshire
Practical, patient support at home for adults living with stroke, Parkinson's or MS, shaped around your energy, your routine and your goals.
Working alongside your GP, therapists and community teams.

Living Well at Home with a Neurological Condition
A neurological condition can affect movement, energy, speech, balance and confidence, and these can vary from day to day. Some people need a little help after a stroke while they adjust. Others live with a condition that changes slowly over many years.
Whatever your situation, our carers support the practical parts of daily life so you can save your energy for what matters to you. We follow the guidance your healthcare team gives, and we let them know if we notice changes.
Support for Stroke, Parkinson's and MS
Coming home after a stroke can feel daunting for everyone. We can help you settle back in, with support for washing, dressing, meals and moving around the home. Carers follow any exercises or routines your therapists have recommended, give you time to communicate in your own way and help rebuild confidence one step at a time.
With Parkinson's, timing often matters. Carers can prompt medication at the times set in your care plan and plan visits around when you feel at your best. We allow extra time for movement and speech, support you to stay active and help with tasks such as dressing, eating and getting out.
MS can be unpredictable, with good days and harder days. We plan support that can flex with your energy, helping with personal care, meals and household tasks so you can pace yourself. We support adults of all ages, including people who are working, studying or raising a family.
