We want to hear what is working and what is not. If something has gone wrong, please tell us so we can put it right.

How to raise a concern

You can talk to your carer, call the office on 07857 185750, email info@preservehealthcare.co.uk or write to us at 202 Foleshill Road, Coventry, CV1 4JH. Anyone can raise a concern, including the person receiving care, a family member or a professional.

What happens next

  1. Tell us by phone, email or in writing.
  2. We acknowledge your complaint and look into it fairly.
  3. We explain what we found and what we will do.
  4. If you are still unhappy, you can contact the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman.

If you are still not satisfied

The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman looks at complaints about adult social care, including care that people arrange and pay for themselves. Visit lgo.org.uk.

You can also share your experience with the Care Quality Commission, which regulates our service. The CQC does not investigate individual complaints, but it uses feedback to decide when and where to inspect. Visit cqc.org.uk.

If someone is at risk

If you are worried that someone is being harmed or neglected, please tell us straight away. If a person is in immediate danger, call 999.
