Wellbeing support in Coventry and Warwickshire
Friendly, practical support for adults with low-level mental health needs, helping you keep steady routines, rebuild confidence and feel more like yourself at home.

When Everyday Life Feels Harder
Low mood, worry or a difficult period in life can make ordinary things feel like a lot. Getting up, eating well, keeping on top of the house or leaving home can start to slip, and it is easy to feel cut off from people.
Families often notice the change first and are not sure how to help. A regular, friendly visit can make a real difference: someone to share the day with, help to keep routines going and encouragement to do the things that matter to you.
How Our Carers Can Help
Daily routines
Gentle encouragement to get up, wash, dress and plan the day at your own pace.
Meals and hydration
Shopping, cooking together and making sure regular meals and drinks happen.
Around the home
Help with laundry, tidying and keeping your space calm and comfortable.
Medication support
Prompts and reminders in line with your care plan and the instructions from your GP.
Getting out
Company for a walk, a trip to the shops or a community group when you feel ready.
Someone to talk to
A familiar face who listens, notices how you are and helps you stay connected.

Small Steps, Steady Routines
- Morning: a settled start, breakfast and a plan for the day
- Daytime: one small goal, such as a walk, a call to a friend or a household task
- Evening: a proper meal and time to wind down
- Each week: a look back at what went well and what to try next

Working Alongside Families and Professionals
We work with families, GPs, social workers and community mental health teams where you would like us to. With your consent, we follow any guidance they give and let the right people know if we notice a change in how you are.
Families are kept informed in a way you are comfortable with, so everyone feels supported and nobody has to cope alone.
What Our Support Includes
Our carers offer practical, everyday support and companionship. We do not provide therapy, counselling, crisis care or clinical mental health treatment. If you need those, we can work alongside the professionals who do.
Signs Some Extra Support Could Help
- Meals are being skipped or the fridge is often empty
- Washing, dressing or housework has become hard to keep up with
- Post and bills are piling up unopened
- Leaving the house feels difficult or has stopped
- Friends and family are seeing less of them
- A family carer is worried and finding it hard to cope
If any of these sound familiar, we are happy to talk it through.
