Who we are

This website is run by Preserve Health Ltd, trading as Preserve Healthcare, 202 Foleshill Road, Coventry, CV1 4JH. We are the data controller for the information you give us through this website. What information we collect

When you send an enquiry, request a callback or apply for a job, we collect the details you enter, such as:

• your name, phone number, email address and postcode
• who the care is for, the type of support you are interested in and when you would like it to start
• any message you choose to write
• for job applications, your experience, right to work, driving licence details and CV

Please do not send medical records or detailed health information through the website. We will talk about care needs in person during an assessment.

How we use your information

• to reply to your enquiry and talk to you about care and support
• to arrange a consultation or assessment if you ask us to
• to consider your job application
• to keep our website secure and protect it from spam

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Our lawful basis

We use the information you send us because you have asked us to contact you (taking steps at your request before entering into a contract) and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and recruiting staff. You confirm you are happy for us to contact you when you tick the consent box on our forms.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website and our forms:

• a secure database provider (Supabase) to store enquiries and applications
• an email provider (Resend) to send enquiry notifications and confirmation emails
• Cloudflare, to host the website and to check that forms are sent by people rather than automated programs (Turnstile)

These providers only process information on our instructions. We will not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and application information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was given, and then delete it in line with our data retention policy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• ask us to correct or delete it
• object to or ask us to restrict how we use it
