Overnight care in Coventry and Warwickshire
A trusted carer in your home through the night, so your loved one is supported and the whole family can rest.
Calm, familiar support from bedtime until morning.

What Is Overnight Care?
Nights can be the hardest part of the day. Getting up to use the toilet, feeling unsettled or confused, or simply being alone in the dark can be worrying for the person needing care and for the family who love them.
Overnight care means a trained carer stays in your home through the night. There are two types, a waking night and a sleep-in, and we will help you choose the one that fits.
Waking Night or Sleep-in: What Is the Difference?
Your carer stays awake all night. They are up and ready to help whenever needed, check in quietly through the night and can provide regular support such as help to the toilet or changing position.
Best when help is likely to be needed several times a night.
| Waking Night | Sleep-in | |
|---|---|---|
| Carer during the night | Awake all night | Asleep, can be woken |
| Suits | Frequent or regular night needs | Occasional help and reassurance |
| Spare bed needed | No | Yes |
| Typical examples | Night-time restlessness, regular repositioning | Peace of mind, help if you wake |
Not sure which is right? We will talk it through during your free assessment, and you can change if needs change.
